Getting Reviews Removed – Google & Portals
More than 90 % of customers and patients read online reviews before making a decision. Even a single unjustified one-star review can damage trust and send prospects to your competitors. We have such reviews examined and removed – on Google and on the relevant industry portals. You are only charged if the removal succeeds.
How removal works
Many negative reviews come from people where it is unclear whether any genuine business contact ever took place – a treatment, an assignment or a purchase. That is exactly where we start: we point out to the portal in question that the business contact is unclear. The portal then initiates its own review procedure and decides on the removal. In roughly 85–90 % of cases this leads to the review being taken down.
How it works step by step
- Analysis – You tell us which reviews are in question. We assess which of them are suitable for a complaint and prepare a non-binding quote.
- Complaint – We inform the portal that a genuine business contact is unclear. The portal initiates its review procedure.
- Protection – After a successful removal we check the result. Should a review reappear, we will file a further complaint on request.
A clear boundary
We do not offer legal advice or legal services and we do not assess the legal substance of a review. In cases of insults, untrue statements of fact or data protection violations we recommend consulting a specialised lawyer. For you this also means: no cost risk – you are only billed for reviews that are actually removed.
